I’ve been on a fudge kick the last few weeks. I made Chocolate Toffee Fudge. It’s chocolate fudge layered it with toffee bits. It’s one of my college kid’s favorite desserts. It’s just so simple to make in the microwave. It’s perfect to send as a little sweet treat for my husband’s work.

How do you make Chocolate Toffee Fudge in the Microwave?
This is incredibly easy and perfect to give as a gift to someone.
Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper or foil.
Take off the lid, take off the foil liner and microwave the frosting on HIGH for 30 seconds and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips in 30-second increments on HIGH, stirring after each time, until the chocolate chips are completely melted and smooth. This takes me about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Pour the frosting into the chocolate chips and stir until they are completely combined.
Pour the fudge into the 8 x 8 pan.
Sprinkle the top with toffee bits.
Gently press the toffee bits into the fudge.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, until the fudge has set and is no longer runny.
Cut into squares.
