Ingredients for Microwave High Protein Chocolate Muffin

  • chocolate protein powder
  • unsweetened cocoa
  • baking powder
  • salt
  • egg white
  • banana
  • milk

How to make a High Protein Chocolate Muffin Mug Cake in the Microwave

Spray the a microwave-safe mug with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine the protein powder, unsweetened cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Mix it all together.

Mash the banana.

Add the egg white, mashed banana, and milk to the dry mixture and mix until it’s all well combined.

Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the center of the muffin is done.

Dump out the muffin from the mug and eat it on the go. Or, use a spoon and eat it like a cake.
