One of my favorite ways to frost a cake or brownies is with that old fashioned frosting, but I’ve always just seen it made on the stove. Now you can make Microwave Hard Chocolate Fudge Frosting in just a couple of minutes. It’s really easy to do and way better to make in the microwave than the stove.
I think of this is as old fashioned frosting. It’s one of my favorites. When you cut into the slice of cake, the icing cracks, and it’s just delicious. It’s basically hard sugary fudge on top of a fluffy cake. So yummy!
But you don’t have to use this just for cake. You can top brownies, blondies, even quickly dip cupcakes into it.
