Ingredients to make 2-ingredient Chocolate Ganache in the Microwave

Super easy, just two ingredients!

  • Semi Sweet or Dark Chocolate Chips (or chopped bittersweet chocolate bar)
  • Whipping Cream
Chocolate scones drizzled in chocolate ganache and powdered sugar

How do you make Microwave Chocolate Ganache?

In a microwave-safe bowl combine an entire bag of chocolate chips (12 oz bag) with 1/2 cup of whipping cream.

Heat in the microwave for 60-70 seconds.

Whisk it all together until it’s completely smooth.

If there are still unmelted chocolate chips, heat for an additional 10-15 seconds and then whisk again until smooth.

Once it’s smooth, it’s ready to use.

Drizzle it over cakes, brownies, scones, etc.

I put it in a ziplock bag, snip off a corner and pipe it that way when I need to drizzle.
