These sloppy joes use Rotel tomatoes, which have green chiles and are a little on the spicy side. If you want something less spicy, I recommend using plain diced tomatoes instead of Rotel.

Ingredients to make Sloppy Joes

  • frozen meatballs
  • 1 can of Rotel
  • ketchup
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • brown sugar
  • mustard

Cook the meatballs on a microwave-safe plate for 60-90 seconds, until they are warm.

Break apart the meatballs with a fork.

Add 1/2 the can of Rotel to the meatballs.

Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and mustard to the meat.

Heat for 60-75 seconds, until hot.

You can use hamburger buns, Texas toast, or just plain white bread, and then spoon the mixture on each.

If you prefer cheese, add a slice of cheese to your sloppy joe.
