Can I make this ahead of time?

Yes, absolutely! You can make this ahead of time, keep it in a sealed container in the fridge, and skip the last 90 seconds of heating. Then, when you’re ready to eat, heat it for 90 seconds to 2 minutes and add the toppings.

How do you store leftovers?

This is just one bowl, so most likely you won’t have leftovers. But if you do, just store it in a sealed container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge and reheat when you’re ready to eat.
