  • Add the water to a microwave-safe mug and crack an egg into the water.
  • Cook on HIGH in the microwave for 50-60 seconds, until egg white is done, but egg yolk is still runny.

Make Hollandaise sauce using this easy microwave hollandaise sauce recipe. It takes two egg yolks, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, butter, and ground mustard.

Heat two slices canadian bacon between a folded paper towel for about 20-30 seconds.

Heat the english muffin for 30 seconds, until warm.

Open the english muffin and place a slice of canadian bacon on each one. Top each piece of bacon with a poached egg. Drizzle Hollandaise sauce over both and top with a little shake of salt and pepper.
