Ingredients to make Creamy Tomato Soup

  • Water or Chicken Broth
  • Half & Half (or milk)
  • Spaghetti Sauce
  • Parmesan cheese
  • a pinch of white sugar

How do you make One Serving of Creamy Tomato Soup?

This is really easy and quick to put together, and it’s perfect for lunch or dinner. It’s creamy and filling.

Make sure you use a microwave-safe bowl. You can even make this in a mug.

Combine the spaghetti sauce and water. If you have it, I recommend using chicken broth instead of water because it gives you a more hearty flavor.

Add the pinch of sugar and mix it all together.

Heat in the microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds.

Add the milk and parmesan cheese and mix well.

Then, heat again on HIGH for 30-60 seconds.

If you have shredded parmesan or even shredded mozzarella, you can add it as a garnish on top.

Serve as is or add a grilled cheese or garlic toast for dipping into your creamy tomato soup.

Enjoy!
