How to Make Microwave Hamburger Stew

In a large microwave-safe bowl, crumble the ground beef.

Add minced garlic, seasoning salt, and Worcestershire sauce.

Cover the bowl loosely again and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes on HIGH. Stir halfway through to make sure it heats evenly.

Let it rest for a minute or two (it’s hot!), then give it a final stir and dig in.
